Buyer files, listings, and a one-house read

G & K Systems, Inc. keeps the work narrow on purpose. If the house is on the South Coast and you want one desk on it, start here.

01

Buyer representation

You name the towns. Gregory builds a short list, walks the houses that survive it, and stays on the offer after the inspection. The way the broker is paid is written before you sign a buyer agreement.

02

Listing the house

Pricing comes from the street and the condition, not from a portal average alone. Showings are scheduled from 77 State Rd. Offers are read the day they arrive.

03

Site and feasibility review

One parcel or one active listing. Zoning, obvious condition, and a first pass on whether the numbers work. This meeting does not obligate you to list or to buy.

04

Project consultation

Scope, budget, and timeline for a house you already intend to change. Useful when the purchase and the work have to be priced together.

Inside a file

Four moves between the first call and the keys

The order stays visible so you know which step you are in.

1

Name the meeting

Intro, tour, consult, feasibility, or a capital conversation. Each has a length.

2

Walk or read

Either the house itself or the paper that describes it. Photos are not the decision.

3

Write the next step

An offer, a price change, or a stop. The desk says which one in plain language.

4

Carry it to closing

If you continue, the same office holds the folder through the deed.

Pick the file, then the format

Video, a phone call, or a visit at 77 State Rd. The form asks for a number first.
